We’ve always liked Agile but felt like we’d better do it right. So, Panaxeo got >60% Scrum certified. The Scrum Masters help each other in a regular PM Club, Devs are empowered with the knowledge to steer a project in the right direction, there’s no icky all-covering standardization. It’s a win!

Yes. We are remote-first. We have been remote since before it was cool and we will stay remote. There are some offices if you need them, but nothing fancy. We’ve got a remote stipend too.
