The Scrum Master → Leader who empowers the team to deliver value effectively and sustainably by living and breathing the Scrum framework. They are a facilitator, a coach, and a shield for the Scrum Team.
What will your job be like?
You’ll be the mastermind beyond software development projects, facilitating sprints & releases delivery.
You’ll directly contribute to an impactful digital product with a mission to save 500k lives by speeding up the processes required to introduce new medicine to the Market.
The project is a smooth sailing ship with well-established processes, leadership, and communication.
Are we a match?
Do you have a solid technical background with experience in custom software development and web technologies?
Can you lead a team to deliver the most valuable solutions possible increment by increment?
You know how to keep the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings on track, so they remain efficient and purposeful.
Smooth client-oriented and internal communication skills help a lot. (You might need to soothe an engineer in distress or reassure a client now and again.)
When things pop up that block the team from making progress (think technical hurdles, organizational issues, or even just distractions), you can jump in to clear the way.
Got any experience in leading multiple teams?
You’ll work in a multicultural environment, so no boredom here!
Are you comfortable with a remote setup? That means working remotely all the time. You can use one of our offices, sure, but your team members might be in a different location. We’ve written about our remote culture in our blog, check it out.
